Information We Process

The Tool processes PDF invoice files you select and any fields you edit in the preview table. That may include invoice numbers, dates, business or customer names, amounts, and GST figures printed on those invoices.

The Tool does not collect personal information such as account passwords, payment credentials, or identity documents beyond what appears inside the PDFs you choose to process.

How Information Is Used

PDF text is read locally to suggest register fields. You can correct those fields before export. Merged PDFs, summary PDFs, CSV files, and ZIP packs are generated on your device for download.

Data Storage & Transmission

Processing happens in memory in your browser for the current session. Invoice PDFs and extracted rows are not uploaded to UX Logan servers.

The Tool does not save your invoices or register data to local storage. Closing or refreshing the page clears the session unless your browser restores form state on its own.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your invoice files or extracted business details with third parties through this Tool.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
